With over twenty-five years of experience, you could say that our founder Deborah Scaramastra knows a thing or two about leading individuals and organizations through change.

Prior to founding Discovered Path, Deborah was an endowed MBA scholar at the Marshall School of Business where she was selected to study leadership and coaching directly with leadership expert and US presidential coach Warren Bennis. She has earned a PhD from the Foster School of Business where she was awarded the prestigious Dean’s Award for Academic Achievement.

Deborah’s hands-on experience combined with her academic achievements make her the ideal leader for the Discovered Path team. But it’s her personality and attitude that really set her apart from other consultants in the field.

An accomplished athlete and a mother of two, Deborah brings with her an enthusiasm for client success that can only be described as infectious. She loves reminding her clients that as long as it doesn’t defy the laws of physics, her team can ensure they reach their most challenging objectives.

As VP of partnerships, Aaron Losleben is accountable for client satisfaction and results.

Aaron brings over 15 years of experience to the Discovered Path team. This experience includes the management of diverse teams across multiple geographic locations, complex contract negotiations, and a proven track record as a consultative thinker and problem solver.

His extensive experience in business development and relationship management means that he understands the complexity of corporate decision-making and is perfectly positioned to help you guide your team through organizational transformation.

A former professional athlete, Aaron also possesses an energetic enthusiasm for each of his clients, and he treats their goals and objectives as his own. He loves meeting current and prospective clients face-to-face, whether it’s in your office or on the golf course.
